A quick heads-up that 2026 dues invoices will be coming out the first week of November with a due date of 12/31/2025. Our 2026 dues payment plan rolled out in September but it’s not too late to get on board! We are splitting dues into 7 equal installments.
Availing yourself of the payment plan allows you to extend your final payment out to March 1, 2026 without incurring a late fee or losing any REALTOR or MLS benefits. Otherwise, dues are due and payable by December 31, 2025, in full.

The initial payment of $101 will be collected upon return of this signed document with $101 collected on the 1st of each month, or the Monday immediately following, from October 2024 through March 2025.

Payment Details – without Voluntary MRECA
The initial payment of $98 will be collected upon return of this signed document with $98 collected on the 1st of each month, or the Monday immediately following, from October 2024 through March 2025.
