Each year, there are several positions open for new and emerging leadership and we hope that you will consider getting involved in the Board, or nominating someone you think would serve your interests well. It can be a fun, informative and rewarding experience!

You can help shape how Realtors are seen in the community, meet great people to develop your business network and have fun while you learn more about our community and our industry.  We welcome everyone to take part in the activities of the board – If you want your voice heard, this is where it happens.  Jump into a first planning meeting to see if it’s a good fit, or sign up to be on our one-and-done call list for new projects that require no ongoing commitment.

Board of REALTORS Officers – Board Job Descriptions

The Berkshire County Board of Directors has officer and director positions to fill for of the Board.  Anyone interested in serving should be willing to commit to attending a monthly 2 hour board of directors meeting and membership functions as they occur throughout the year.

MLS Board of Directors Board of Directors – MLS Job Descriptions

The MLS has Officer and Director positions open. The MLS Board is smaller and has limits on the number of non-Designated REALTORS that can serve so requests to serve can not be guaranteed but we highly encourage you to volunteer if you are interested – it’s a critical business organization for our real estate industry. Anyone interested in serving must commit to attending a monthly 2 hour board of directors meeting and membership functions as they occur throughout the year.

Committee / Task Force Positions – Committee Descriptions

The Board is always seeking talented REALTORS for committee service, an important role in our association. There are many different topics and types of committee service, and you are encouraged to read each description to find the one that best suits your time and interests. Many REALTORS enjoy committee service so much that they volunteer and serve on more than one committee at a time. We welcome your involvement in whatever capacity to chose to give.
