Did you know if you login to your Membership HUB account you can not only view, print or pay for your 2026 annual dues, but you can now also SCHEDULE A PAYMENT to be made automatically on December 31, 2025!?!  No late payment fee for you!  If you have saved a credit card on file you are not automatically registered for annual dues renewal – so double check!  Check your HUB or contact the office at 413-442-8049.  [Please do not remove your saved card from your MLS charge!]  Also, It’s not too late to sign up for our payment plan.  If interested, please complete this form and return it to Sue – sue@berkshirerealtors.org for processing.  If you will not be renewing in 2026 please inform staff so we may close your account in good standing at year end.  We will send your broker a drop form so we can prepare for what is ahead.  Oh, late payments received after 12/31 incur a $35 fee and after 3/1 membership is terminated and a reinstatement fee applies. We don’t want that!!
