Sandra J. Carroll, Chief Executive Officer
Sandy Carroll is the Chief Executive Officer of the Board of REALTORS® and the Multiple Listing Service and has been with the organization since 1995. Her aim is to create an environment where Berkshire REALTORS can thrive and excel in their profession, in an ethical and professional manner.
Since joining the association, she has served in many capacities on the state and national level. In the area of association management, past service includes two terms as Chair of the Massachusetts Association Executives Committee, two terms as Chair of the New England Association Executives Conference was one of only 20 Association Executives nationwide to hold at seat on the National’s Association Executives Committee. Sandy was awarded the Omega Tau Rho Medallion of Service in 2009.
Sandy was chosen as a speaker for the joint US / Canada Association Executives Institute in Vancouver, where she spoke on the topic ‘How to Survive and Thrive’ before her peers in North America. At the state level, Sandy Carroll served on the Agency Implementation Committees, Technology Committee, Issues Grass-roots Work Group, Electronic Forms Workgroup, Professional Standards Committee, Online Education PAG and was the Association Executive Liaison serving on the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Executive Committee. She has earned her RCE (Realtor® Certified Executive) Designation, ePro Management (Internet Professional Designation), ITI (Instructors Training Institute Designation) and is a certified Professional Standards Administrator.

Linda Konig, Member Services Coordinator
Linda began her career with the Board of REALTORS in 2015, having come to us with a host of office and administrative experience under her belt, awesome references and great personality. Linda is responsible to manage MLS operations, day-to-day billing, IDX implementation as well as membership tracking. She will serve, as we all do, to provide excellent member support and tech support for our membership. She is on hand to assist with preparation of education, events and manage general office tasks.

Ashley Bushey, Office Administrator
Ashley has been a proud resident of the Berkshires since 2012, when they moved to the area to attend the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts (MCLA), graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Arts Management in 2016. Since then, they have built a diverse professional background by gaining valuable operational experience at organizations such as RadioShack, MASS MoCA, Shire City Herbals, and most recently, as the Administrative Assistant for TRIO Student Support Services at MCLA.
Driven by a natural curiosity and a strong commitment to problem-solving, Ashley joins the Berkshire Realtors team as the Office Administrator. In this role, they manage essential day-to-day operations and administrative logistics to ensure the rest of the team can seamlessly deliver the high-quality service you rely on. Whether managing member inquiries, maintaining digital systems, or facilitating virtual meetings, Ashley is dedicated to providing exceptional support to the entire Berkshire Realtors community.
