Dues invoices for 2026 have been created and are available in your Membership HUB account for viewing, printing and paying.  REMEMBER that all dues are payable by December 31, 2025.  Any payment received after that date will have a late fee of $35 added.

If you have saved a credit card on file for REALTOR DUES, your card will automatically be charged on December 31st.  If you are unsure if this applies to you, please check your HUB or contact the office at 413-442-8049.  [Please do not remove your saved card from your MLS charge!]

It’s not too late to sign up for our payment plan.  If interested, please complete this form and return it to Sue – sue@berkshirerealtors.org for processing.

If you will not be renewing in 2026 please inform staff so we may close your account in good standing at year end.
