The new contracts and forms for Berkshire County are now available to you at no cost, on-line in electronic format on our MLS system and via Ziplogix, a NAR, MAR and BCBR Member Benefit.  For access, please contact the Board Office Staff.

In addition to the forms, we have placed a ton of agency information on-line for your convenience and have a description of the contract changes available as well.

New Contract & Forms Changes

As shared at the legal luncheon today (with a few edits) below are proposed contract changes. Exclusive Right to Sell (click for full marked version) Paragraph 3 strikes reference to a sub-agency because it is so rare now, and any agent use the separate (and required) sub-agency consent addendum provided in your forms, if desired.
