Our REALTOR Community Service Committee invites you to help a very worthy charity in Berkshire County, the UCP of Western Massachusetts. They offers Assistive Technology (AT) Services to help individuals with diverse abilities become more independent in everyday activities. They offer creative ways to reduce barriers and increase capabilities through personalized evaluations of needs catered to their members – wheelchair ramps, supportive devises for the home, reading services, technology solutions, support and much more.

To help raise funds needed to provide Berkshire has launched the Winner’s Choice Luxury Escape Raffle, offering participants the chance to win one of three travel packages valued at up to nearly $5,000.  Only 500 tickets will be sold at $65 each. Three winners will be drawn, with the first selecting from a Broadway getaway for two, an eight-night Hawaii vacation for two, or a Banff family adventure for four. The second winner will choose from the remaining packages, and the third winner will receive the final prize.
