Mediation Training for REALTORS, offered by the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS as a member benefit. REALTORS® face conflict every day, but disputes over money can be especially challenging. Arbitration is one solution, but local REALTOR® associations also offer Mediation to members as an approved alternative. For the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®, mediation is required before an arbitration hearing.
