REALTORS®  serve as pillars of their communities and find charitable activities and giving second nature in their efforts to give back and create impact. 2025 brought another year of slower home sales with low inventory and stubborn mortgage rates. Despite lower sales and persistent affordability challenges, REALTORS® continue to prioritize charitable activity and show up for their communities. Monthly volunteering and annual monetary donations of REALTORS®, broker-owners, and associations and their staff remained strong this past year, demonstrating REALTORS®’ continued dedication to giving back.
