You will gain an understanding of how to use AI responsibly and effectively to enhance consumer experience and stay competitive in today’s evolving market while staying compliant. The course is designed for all experience levels—from AI beginners to experienced users—and includes foundational setup guidance, prompt-writing techniques, and strategic applications for real estate practice. This course will be team taught by licensed instructor Sandy Carroll.
Keaton West (yes, that’s Peter’s son) is a Broker Associate with Bishop West Real Estate, serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Southwest Florida. Known for his professionalism, market insight, and commitment to outstanding results, Keaton brings a fresh, informed perspective to every transaction.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University, Keaton holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Real Estate. His academic background provides a strong foundation for understanding Florida’s dynamic property markets and developing strategic solutions for his clients.
Licensed as a Florida Sales Associate since 2021 and as a Real Estate Broker since 2025, Keaton is dedicated to professional development. He has completed CCIM 101: Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate and is actively working toward the full CCIM designation. He has also completed the Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) course, along with the required transactional experience, and is awaiting final designation from the National Association of Realtors®.
Keaton is a graduate of the Bonita Estero Board of Realtors® Leadership Academy and currently serves as Chairperson of the 2026 Young Professionals Network (YPN) Committee. He is also a member of the Florida Realtors® Global Business Committee (2024–present), helping foster international real estate connections across the state.
