Membership HUB Account – Your Link to all Your Account Information

Just a reminder that your membership HUB is a one stop location to view your education certificates for classes taken through the Berkshire Board’s school; pay any open invoices; update your credit card information; and register for events. For brokers, you can also see outstanding invoices for you agents!

On the homepage, you’ll find a quick video tour to provide more information on how to locate all information in the HUB.

If you haven’t already been in your HUB, you will need to create your log in.   Not sure? Try entering your email address for the username!  If the system is not recognizing your email address, it probably means we don’t have your current one or the one you’re using in your membership account, that is what we use to link you.  You can try an old email for logging in and change your user name later – or call the office for assistance. But we have the simple steps outlined below.
