We have been in contact with the Tier2 level support for zipLogix because we have heard that you are experiencing problems using the zipLogix mobile product and the MLS Connect feature is not functioning properly. They have confirmed that there is a known issue with their mobile product when accessing through Apple products (no issue with Android), since Apple’s latest update came out. They are working closely with Apple to resolve the issue. In the meantime, if you need to access zipLogix while on your phone or iPad, you can use their web product by going to www.zipformplus.com. Not all features will work the same on your phone or iPad – but, you will be able to do the basics.
Also, in some cases, when trying to use MLS Connect you may receive a prompt to enter your MLS User ID and Password. This is also a bug, that they are trying to get to the bottom of and resolve. You can try to use a different browser, or you will have to manually enter info taken from the MLS listing sheet. They have promised to be back in contact when the have a resolution for this issue. (Entering your MLS ID and Password will not work – this is not informaton that they have been provided and our set up should not require it to be entered.)
In the meantime, we are also aware that there are vaious other complaints about functionality. The folks as zipLogix have asked that you contact their support line to report any problems you may be experiencing so they can ask you questions, help you work through the problem and, importantly, can log each issue to see if there is a common thread.
