South County Broker Tours Coming Back

After a suspension of the south county broker tour schedule during COVID and a wild market since, we have found the recent shifts have prompted members to ask for the return of this schedule, so that agents may show and expose their property to other brokers.  Stephanie McNair of William Pitt Sotheby’s International has committed their firm to handling the coordination, per the policy that the MLS Board had approved years ago.  Before we relaunch this new service, please submit comments about the current 3 week cycle schedule, if you have input.  Any feedback?  Please send to Sandy@BerkshireRealtors.org
