As part of the recent contract updates we announced earlier this month, we want to point out an important NAME CHANGE that might make you wonder if the form is missing… We changed the P&S Extension of Time Performance to P&S “Modification of Contract Dates”.  The form is functionally the same, but now allows modification of all Purchase & Sale dates, not just extensions. Helpful if you have completed a contingency or would like to change any date within the agreement.  It also added a line for payment of the first deposit and removed the extension for applying for insurance as that no longer a contingency date fixed in the Purchase and Sale Agreement.
