Calculating ROI on Syndication to Publishers

The Berkshire MLS Board is looking at the Point2 Syndication provider again (and will be re-issuing an accurate list of syndication sites) and is also looking at ListHub.  Both of these are being examined solely for their EASE OF USE by brokers and agents to help the MLS determine which is the best way to put the syndication decisions directly in your hands.  Your job is to determine how/when if syndication is effective for you and your business.  WAV Group, a company who provides research and industry news that we track at the board office also provides brokers with a (paid) monitoring service to measure their listing syndication strategy.
