We must call in our final count to Proprietor’s Lodge on Monday afternoon. Your last opportunity to register to attend the annual meeting will be Monday, October 16th at noon! After this time, you will be placed on a waiting list and called if a spot opens up.

In addition to a vote on our 2024 leadership for both the Board and the MLS, we will discuss the budgets, where the association is heading and hold a raffle for a 2024 membership and one for 2024 MLS fees. You must be present to win! Make sure you get your registration in now!
Annual Meeting Slate of Officers and Directors for Board and MLS
The annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 24th @ Proprietor’s Lodge at 22 Waubeek Rd, Pittsfield, MA 01201. If you have ANY trouble registering, please contact the staff right away. We have been assured the issues with the members website portal have been resolved.
Buffet lunch available at 11 a.m. and the meeting will begin approximately at noon. As required by the respective bylaws, please allow this reminder to serve as official notice of the proposed Slate of Officers and Directors for both the Board of REALTOR and MLS annual meeting. We were so lucky this year to have several candidates come forward at our volunteer events and submit applications to continue service in the year ahead. The two separate nominating committees met, reviewed applications to serve, considered candidates nominated and Realtors from previous years that were identified for consideration. Below you will find the Slate for both the Board of REALTORS and the MLS. Your ballot at the annual meeting, however, will only contain the votes that you are qualified to make. Register now to be included in the raffles and voting (must be present for both)!

The report of the Nominating Committee shall be mailed or where permitted by state law, electronically transmitted to each Member eligible to vote at least three (3) weeks preceding the election. Additional candidates for the offices to be filled may be placed in nomination by petition signed by at least ten (10%) percent of the REALTOR® Members eligible to vote. The petition shall be filed with the Chief Executive Officer at least two (2) weeks before the election. The Chief Executive Officer shall send notice of such additional nominations to all Members eligible to vote before the election. The election of officers and directors shall take place at the annual meeting. Elections shall be by ballot and all votes shall be cast in person. The ballot shall contain the names of all candidates and offices for which they are nominated.
