The annual business meeting of the Berkshire Board of REALTORS and Multiple Listing Service was held at the Country Club of Pittsfield on Wednesday, October 23rd.  CEO, Sandy Carroll; Board President, Nick Geranios and MLS President, Paula McLean outlined the accomplishments of the Board and our hard-working committees.

The quorum of members present approved our 2025 Budget and elected our 2025 Leadership Team.  Congratulations to all on their election to their respective positions:
