The aging population is a massive demographic. According to a recent study summarized in REALTOR® Magazine, it’s expected that by 2030, one–quarter of the US population will be age 50 or over. As the population ages, it’s going to be more important than ever for real estate agents and the housing industry to understand how to provide service and support to this demographic over time.
