Spread a Little Warmth this Winter – Heating Fuel Program

Berkshire Community Action runs a heating fuel assistance program for low-income households and funds run low or run out as the season wears-on.  Please help us to support BCAC in this invaluable service and bolster their kitty.  Funds will be collected through December 27th and dispersed to BCAC on December 30th. to Make a donation, call the board office @ 413-442-8049 or you can use our eventbrite system… just click”tickets” and you can enter in any amount you’d like. make a donation

All heating fuel types are eligible: oil, propane, kerosene, coal, cord wood, wood pellets, natural gas, electric and even some households that have heat included in their rent. Any low-income household whose gross yearly income falls at or below the income guidelines may be eligible. Both homeowners and tenants are eligible to receive fuel assistance.
