Realtor Mark McIlquaham reported this morning a scam that he received and investigated.  An email alleging to be from another Realtor, Louis Chavez from Century 21 Nachman Realty, Realtors in Virginia Beach, VA. came in, asking to send a buyer client to you for referral.  The office manager at that firm confirmed that no such party works there and the “agent” responds asking you to click a link of the properties the “clients” want to see.  That link has malicious content.  Please beware!
