We’re happy to announce that the Rental Property Type in Flexmls will be available for early next month! You may see this property type in your drop-down menu when adding a new listing currently, but it is not quite ready to roll out. Flexmls has notified all web developers who work with our members by placing a search on your website of this change and are allowing some implementation time on their end before we go live.
Reminder: This property type is for rentals of 31-days or more (no short-term rentals). We STRONGLY encourage you to speak with your broker regarding office policy and procedures regarding rentals before you consider venturing into this business option. While the MAR contracts and forms are available for you use for Massachusetts Rentals, you need to have an office policy behind you that establishes exactly what your firm requires before assisting landlords.
