We STRONGLY encourage you to speak with your broker regarding office policy and procedures regarding rentals before you consider venturing into this business option. While the MAR contracts and forms are available for you use for Massachusetts Rentals, you need to have an office policy behind you that establishes exactly what your firm requires before assisting landlords.
