In August, the members of the Professional Standards Committee met to review local options available in the Professional Standards Code of Ethics and Arbitration manual.  They presented some recommendations to the Board of Directors for their consideration, which changed fees, time for processing and and expedited options for processing complaints.  See our handy-dandy guide to see what’s changed, and what was upheld.
