Join Sue and Sandy as they go through the different options and processes involved with filing a complaint with the Board or requesting a hearing involving the dispute of commission.  Who can file?  How long do you have to file?  What’s the difference between ethics and arbitration?  What are the options other than a full-blown hearing?  These questions and more will be answered.  This class will be presented on Zoom with breakout rooms for case studies.  It will be interactive, fast-paced and eye-opening.

Two hours of CE credit will be provided.  At the end of the program, you are eligible to serve on a hearing panel, if you choose.  You do not need to make a commitment to attend.  Come see what Professional Standards is all about!  On average 4-5 hearings take place per year in the Berkshires.  With a large pool of eligible panelists, chances that you will serve only once in a year are high.  There is a minimal time commitment to participate in the ProStandards Committee, but diligence, care and confidentiality are a must!
