Feel free to share with others.  A few interesting notes: Florida has just hired a new staff member and is hoping to have their rates available in February or March, so they are not yet updated. The town of Washington is the only town that saw a tax mill rate that rose, but all other towns and cities reported lower rates this year compared to last year.  While it looks like pennies, there were 14 towns that had rate decreases that exceeded 10%, with West Stockbridge and Sandisfield reporting the largest decreases of 17.9% over last year’s tax rate.
