This course is designed for real estate brokers and salespersons and provides a comprehensive overview of the application, procedures and mentality regarding mortgage financing in general.  To see all the vast material that will be cover you can view the course outline.

All attendees must be logged into their own device to receive credit.  The Board of Registration requires that attendees are on camera and attentive during class.  If you are unable to be on camera, please send an email to Sue, prior to the start of class.  Periodic attendance will be taken and responses required through the chat to verify active participation.  You must cancel at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund of any monies paid, or avoid a non-attendance fee of $10.
