We would like to invite you to participate in a task forces that will be working on the MLS issues. Six small groups are being be formed to examine all of the fields that listing agents can complete when entering a listing, the options offered and which fields are mandatory or optional for entry. We would expect this would take 1-2 virtual meetings (via Zoom) to go through one property type and make suggestions to the MLS Board of Directors.

IDX Website Audit: The next group is an on-going IDX website audit group. Using a template of the IDX rules, volunteers will be assigned a several websites to view and determine if they are following the rules. There will be one brief meeting to cover the rules and process for conducting an audit, and then you can do them on your own (We will set general / generous deadlines) We expect the commitment will be 1-2 hours per month.
