I am happy to announce the formation of our new firm, MARTIN LAW OFFICES, PC.  Joe and I will be practicing primarily from our office in Lenox and we will also be maintaining our current office in Pittsfield at the Clocktower.

We are joined by paralegals, Kim Flynn, Nicole Dearstyne, Amber Bondini and Tina Radke.

Kim and I have been representing clients in residential and commercial real estate matters for over 35 years.  Our goal is to focus on giving our clients the best possible representation.  We know how important client communication is, especially in fast-moving real estate matters and we always respond to calls and emails promptly, even after hours and on weekends.

I have also taken over all of John Gobel’s matters, including representing numerous condominium and homeowners’ associations and I represent clients in a variety of land use permitting and litigation matters. Joe will be focusing on residential real estate, small business transactional work, estate planning, probate, and trust administration.

We look forward to continuing to work with the members of the Berkshire County Board of Realtors.
