Miss Linda asks that you remember, when entering a new rental property into the MLS, you are also required to upload your Exclusive Right to Rent/Lease as part of the process.  She reaches out when you have forgotten but repeated requests will result in administrative fines … so don’t’ forget!  And thank you, it saves her sanity — just a wee bit!
