Flex Feature Improvement – Flex Mobile

On August 20, FBS will release a new interface for flexmls Mobile. This new design focuses on making the flexmls listing search the center of functionality. Search is the foundation of the MLS experience and the new mobile design provides a full-featured, easy-to-use search experience for users.

Just as before, if you want to access flexmls Mobile, use your mobile device’s web browser to go to m.flexmls.com. A shortcut can be created by following the instructions in this post. When you log in to the site, you will find yourself on the Search page. From here, you can use the Quick Launch bar, start a new search or access your recent, favorite, and saved searches.

Along with the new design comes improved functionality, as you can now save searches created in flexmls Mobile. To save the search, tap the send icon in the upper right of the search results screen and then tap Save As. When you save a search, it will be accessible in flexmls Mobile and flexmls Web.

When you are looking at search results, you can view results in a list or on a map. From a search results screen, tap the list icon to view results in list form. Tap on the location icon to view the listings on a map. You can tap a listing on the map to bring up more information and get a link to Listing Details.

When you view listing details, there are three icons near the top section of the detail screen. Tap the people icon to get listing agent and office information. Tap the showing icon to get showing information for the listing, and tap the more icon to create notes for the listing, email the listing, add the listing to a collection, and more.

A menu bar is located at the bottom of most screens and can be used to go to the the search page, view the hot sheet, view Listing Collections, access your contacts and more.
