“My service at the executive level has been a very positive experience; it has shown me the true value and dedication of our members of through out all the levels of service from executive boards to committees. We are fortunate to have a knowledgeable and informed staff that keeps all the parts of the machine working properly and informed.” Mark McIlquahm

“It was a great experience for me to attend the mid year convention. It exposed me to a whole new perspective of real estate at the national level and allowed me to interact with other board members from around the country and hear their thoughts and ideas – some positive and some not as positive. I was able to bring back some of these ideas to share with our board members. It also helped me explain to Andy Perenick (incoming MLS President) the importance and benefits of serving in leadership and attending the following year.” Mark McIlquham

“The Berkshires is such an incredible place to raise your kids. How could I not try to give back in any way I can?” Mark McIlquham
