The annual meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 24th @ Proprietor’s Lodge at 22 Waubeek Rd, Pittsfield, MA 01201. If you have ANY trouble registering, please contact the staff right away. We have been assured the issues with the members website portal have been resolved.

Buffet lunch available at 11 a.m. and the meeting will begin approximately at noon.  As required by the respective bylaws, please allow this reminder to serve as official notice of the proposed Slate of Officers and Directors for both the Board of REALTOR and MLS annual meeting. We were so lucky this year to have several candidates come forward at our volunteer events and submit applications to continue service in the year ahead.  The two separate nominating committees met, reviewed applications to serve, considered candidates nominated and Realtors from previous years that were identified for consideration. Below you will find the Slate for both the Board of REALTORS and the MLS.  Your ballot at the annual meeting however, will only contain the votes that you are qualified to make. Register now to be included in the raffles and voting (must be present for both)!

Proposed 2024 Board of REALTORS Slate of Officers and Directors to be voted on by all Berkshire REALTORS

In accordance with Article XI, Section 4 of the Bylaws of the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS the Nominating Committee, chaired by Past President Mark McIlquham is pleased to present the following slate of officers and directors for service in the year ahead.

2024 Proposed Slate of REALTOR Board of Directors

The following will serve on the board but not be on the ballot because they are fulfilling uncompleted terms in 2024

The report of the Nominating Committee shall be mailed or where permitted by state law, electronically transmitted to each Member eligible to vote at least three (3) weeks preceding the election. Additional candidates for the offices to be filled may be placed in nomination by petition signed by at least ten (10%) percent of the REALTOR® Members eligible to vote. The petition shall be filed with the Chief Executive Officer at least two (2) weeks before the election. The Chief Executive Officer shall send notice of such additional nominations to all Members eligible to vote before the election.  The election of officers and directors shall take place at the annual meeting.  Elections shall be by ballot and all votes shall be cast in person.  The ballot shall contain the names of all candidates and offices for which they are nominated.

In accordance with Article 7 of the Bylaws of the Multiple Listing Service, the MLS Nominating Committee, chaired by MLS Past President Andy Perenick are pleased to present the following slate of officers and directors.

The names of additional proposed nominees may be added to the list selected by the Nominating Committee by a petition submitted to the Secretary of the Service by 10% of the Participants of the Service, with said petition received not less than 7 days prior to the date of meeting of the Participants to select nominees for Officers and Directors.  The names contained in such petition, if duly received and certified, shall be presented in writing to the Participants at the meeting to select nominees as additional nominees for consideration for such office as specified in the petition.  In addition, nominations may be made from the floor at the duly noticed meeting of the Participants to select nominees for Officers and Directors and, if seconded, shall be added to the list of proposed nominees.
