Adams Community Bank Named Affiliate of the Year

Congratulations to longtime member Adams Community Bank on being named 2023 Affiliate of the Year. This award is given to a company or individual who has made significant contributions to the association that have impacted our REALTORS and our industry. This isn’t a reflection of financial contributions but rather the sharing of time, talent, resources and support of our efforts to serve the housing industry well.

This year, we are recognizing Adams Community Bank for outstanding engagement by the mortgage lending staff in every aspect of our association activities and working alongside our team and our members to help our industry thrive.  Led by Jackie McNinch, SVP Mortgage Originations and her team of mortgage lenders Kaylin Choquette, Courtney Smith and Jake Dabrowski we engaged, involved and working within the association to help us thrive.  We were honored to also be joined by Adams Community Bank President Charlie O’Brien, Dawn Lampiasi, Laurie Pelczynski, Jay Ogle, Maureen Baran and Lisa Trybus.

The lenders participate in our community service fundraisers – both as participants and attendees, as well as our legislative meetings on housing matters with our state legislators.  They also attend association events, provide raffle prizes, answer technical questions, work on industry best practices and support our REALTORS in the field with lots of visibility and support for open houses. They help make the market work in Berkshire County with relationships with Mass Housing and share expertise with our members on the home loan programs and processes for grants, down payment assistance and much more.  WE thank them for their contributions to make our association strong and help our members thrive.
