In the hustle and bustle of this busy holiday season, don’t forget to pay your dues!  The deadline for payment is end of day on December 31st.  Payments received after this deadline will be subject to a $35 late fee.

Ways to pay?

• Debit/Credit card – through the member HUB.  You can conveniently go online any time of day or night and make your dues payment through our membership HUB (portal).
• Debit/Credit card – call the office staff.  Staff is available M-F, 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. to assist you over the phone.  Please call the office at 413-442-8049.  NOTE: The office will close at 12:30 p.m. on December 29th.
• Check.  You can mail or drop off a check to the Board Office, located on the 2nd floor of the TD Bank building at 99 West Street in Pittsfield.  If mailing a check, the envelope must be post marked by Dec. 31st.  Any checks awaiting us upon our return to the office after the new year will be considered timely.  Any received after the office opens at 8:30 a.m. will be considered late.
• Payment Plan.  Though our payment plan began on November 1st, you can still sign up to participate.   Anyone who is part of the plan by December 31st will be considered paid on time.  To sign up, please contact Sue.  At this point, we will have to collect back plan installments (i.e., November and December’s portion) to catch you up.  The plan extends payments out to March 1st.

While we hate to see anyone leave, if you do not plan to renew your membership in 2024, please contact Sue so we can close your account in good standing.

Beginning January, MLS fees will increase to $35 per person/per month.  You will receive a notice in Flexmls on December 31st that you must agree to in order to continue logging into the system.  Please ensure that the debit/credit card you have on file has available funds for these new charges (January’s draft will occur on the Jan 3rd due to the holiday).  If you prepay your fees, the check amount for 2024 is $420.
