2023 MLS Spotlight: Paula McLean

A new feature in our REcap this year is a weekly spotlight of our elected leaders.  We want you to get to know the volunteers who have devoted their time and talents to serve our industry and our members.  Next up, is MLS Vice President, Paula McLean.  Paula began her real estate career in 1981, as a way to support her daughter. As a single, motivated mom, Paula quickly rose through the ranks in the industry and in the board through volunteer service. Currently the broker-owner of Paula McLean, REALTORS, she is known for her hard work and amazing fundraising capacity on behalf of our committees throughout the years. Paula has been a part of so many groups and task forces, most notably today serving on Professional Standards, Community Service, as a Housing Fund Trustee and of course the MLS Board of Directors. Some of her most noteworthy awards are the Realtor® Spirit Award and recognitions from both the Berkshire County Kids Place and Violence Prevention Center and the Berkshire Center for Families and Children. She holds an Accredited Staging Professional, a Certified Residential Specialist, an Accredited Buyer Representative, and a Resort and Second Home Property Specialist.

She is the proud mother of her beautiful daughter Trinity, who has sorrowfully passed, and is “Nina” to her three grandchildren. In her spare time, you can find Paula cooking, gardening, and spending quality time with her friends and family and partner Daniel.
