As you’ve probably heard, zipLogix is a new benefit for REALTORS.  Together with NAR and MAR, we have made some of our forms available online in this new forms platform software for you to test, learn and explore.  You will have access to complete and send contracts online via of zipLogix Plus, but also the following management products: zipTMS (Transaction Management Software), Digital Ink (e-signature), zipMobile (for use on phones & tablets) and zipVault (archive storage space that meets MassWISP requirements).  ALL as a benefit of membership, with no added costs to you.  To help you discover the tools available, we’ve created a webpage devoted to this with a few videos, sign in instructions and a list of online classes and webinars.  We are exploring if live classes would be helpful.  Right now, staff believes the videos are excellent for account creation and navigation.  Any in-depth training would need to be hands on at a learning lab – which we are looking into.  Have suggestions, questions or comments?
