We just happened to notice that Zillow changed the way it displays agent information.  Thanks to Eric Steuernagle, who happened to be in my office for a meeting, for allowing me to use his listing as an example (below).  Instead of a list of agents to contact with the first one being noted as the “listing agent”, the display now clearly shows the seller’s agent and firm, with a lead generating link that goes directly and only to the listing agent.  Above, there is a “Contact Buyer’s Agent” big blue button that will be routed to agent’s who pay a premium to Zillow to be included. Some agents have additional enhancements that feature their photo with a link on their own lists and eliminates the buyer agent lead generation option.  Just an FYI in case you hadn’t noticed.
