We have so many cities/towns listed in our MLS (198 to be exact) and that is a LOT for an area of our size. We are working on a project to take towns that are not often used and not adjacent to Berkshire County out of the pick lists. This should streamline entry while maintaining the history.  While we can turn these towns back on anytime, we won’t be creating new towns for comp sales outside of Berkshire County or contiguous area.  Like, maybe we don’t need Wellfleet heading towards P-town anymore? :-0
