If you have clients on gmail struggling to receive your FlexMLS listing sheets, you can have them check a few options: First, many gmail users have their mail sorted into categories automatically (without always knowing!). When we tested it, listing sheets went into the “updates’ tab. Most phones combine all tabs into one inbox, but some make break out these categories into different folders. Have your client check for these other inboxes (you can always change to have one inbox instead of these categories created by google but clicking on the gear icon and going to “configure inbox”.
Also, have them check their junk mail too!
In Outlook, check the “clutter” box as well as the junk mail folder. The clutter box keeps messages in the inbox but hides advertisements, newsletters or subscription messages from first view.
