Due to appraisal standards, we will eliminate the 3/4 bathroom field from data input in Flexmls.  There are currently 33 listings in the MLS that have 1 or more 3/4 baths listed.  If one of these is yours, we ask that you please take a moment to update your bathroom selection.  The field will be eliminated by mid-August so your assistance now is greatly appreciated!  Note: if there is a shower and/or tub it is considered a full bath; a toilet and sink only is a 1/2 bath.
