Thanks to everyone who is Johnny-On-The-spot about the settlement changes, but the Board Office staff DOES NOT need your addendum to existing listing / buyer agreements – that is for your file only.  Same with the Buyer agreements – retain in your file only.  If we need anything we will send you a request for documentation and let you know why!  Thanks so very much for your excellent attention to detail.

Also, ziplogix got our agreements up on Saturday, butttttt…. Ziplogix however does not have fill in fields yet available.  You can drag and drop fields and we know that is time consuming!  A great suggestion was made by Pam Roberts to complete the form in Remine and upload to Zip for signatures and to keep your file complete.  Great interim suggestion.

We also discovered the Exclusive Buyer Broker Addendum has not been included in the updates, so we are preparing that for release now.  That is a general addendum if you need to modify or add additional terms with your buyer.
