July 24, 9:00 a.m. – 10: 30 a.m. – Designated Broker Update Meeting: Join Sandy Carroll and leadership as they discuss the latest updates of the NAR settlement and review contract revisions that will be released very soon in all of our contracts and forms platforms (Remine, zipLogix, Dotloop and Docusign). This meeting is for the broker of record for each firm and up to one additional DR designated attendee.
July 24, 11:00 a.m. – noon: Lender/Lawyer Update Meeting: A review of NAR settlement updates and new contracts that will be used in the field. This meeting is for our lender and lawyer affiliates and their invited staff.
July 31, 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. – REALTOR Settlement Practice Change Zoom for Agents: Join Sandy Carroll and leadership as they discuss the latest updates of the NAR settlement and review contract revisions soon to be released. This meeting is for REALTOR members of the Berkshire County Board of REALTORS.
August 22, 9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. – Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committe, Chair Jose Larios: The DEI committee is dedicated to bringing inclusion awareness and education to our members as well as supporting our community. All our welcome to attend. Please come share your ideas!
August 27, 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. – Brokerage Relationships Continuing Education: RE57R07: Brokerage Relationships Fundamentals of agency are unchanged for hundreds of years, but application of agency law and other brokerage relationships are constantly changing.
