As we hope you’ve heard by now, the contracts and forms section of the MLS will be removed from the database effective October 31st. This means, you will no longer be able to complete contracts in the MLS, nor will you be able to access saved contracts any longer. Now is the time to start saving those documents to your computer, importing them to zipLogix or your transaction management platform of choice or printing them and saving paper files.
Also remember, we are offering a Getting Started with zipForms training program once per month between now and October. If you are unfamiliar with the product, which is provided to you as part of your member benefit at no additional cost, please sign up sooner rather than later. If classroom training isn’t for you, we can also do one-on-one training or office training as well. We expect demand to increase as we near the end of October…get your space reserved as soon as possible.
