Commercial Real Estate Basics: Geographic and Financial Analysis – 9:00a.m.-11:00a.m.: Contrast commercial sales to the residential purchase. This course will cover home buyers needs vs. Business Owners / Investor / Lessor requirements.
Introduction to Commercial Real Estate Basics – 11:30a.m.-1:30p.m.: The new associate to the commercial real estate worlds will be exposed to commercial real estate basics to understand its terminology, jargon, principles and concepts. This course will review the basics in the leasing and purchasing of commercial real estate.

Brokerage Relationships – 9:00a.m.-11:00a.m.: Join Sandy Carroll and Peter West as they discuss different types of Agency relationships; disclosure requirements and corresponding fiduciary duties.
Comparative Market Analysis – 11:30a.m.-1:30p.m.: Join Peter West as he presents the Real Estate Continuing Education class, Comparative Market Analysis. In this program, Peter will different approaches to values; how CMA’s are used and will provide an overview of Realtor Property Resource (RPR).
Class is FREE to Berkshire County Board of REALTOR members, $30 per class for all others. If you register and are unable to attend, please contact staff at least 2-business days in advance of the program so we may open your seat to anyone on a wait list.
