If you obtain a broker’s license, please share that new license with the Board Office staff.  We aren’t notified when you upgrade your license from sales to broker in the new eLipse system. Rather, your old license appears as expired (rather than closed) so we have no idea that you are not operating with an expired license when new license number exists – unless you tell us. We want to congratulate you too!

For everyone else, please remember to let us know when you renew your license so we can update your expiration date. That safes the staff a lot of time following up.

Our last reminder is that the renewal process takes longer now, with a required NOTORIZED Cori document before renewal, as well as an updated photo.  Don’t wait until the last day and have to rush to organize your CE certificates, take a fabulous photo and complete and get a CORI form notarized!
