Great news on the horizon!  The MLS Board of Directors has entered into a contract with CRS Data to provide updated tax data in the MLS that will auto-populate into listings during data entry (big hooray entered here!).

CRS Data is actively doing the background work and programming needed to collect data from all of the various sources in Berkshire County.  Staff anticipates testing the information in the following weeks and that implementation will go live in May in conjunction with hands-on training from CRS Data personnel.
