Join us for classroom style continuing education in the Board Office Conference Center.  Each class provides 2 credits of continuing education credit, and can be taken in any combination.  Take 1, all 6 or any combination thereof.  Registration is required and taken on a first come, first served basis.

11:15-1:15 p.m.:  Technology and Real Estate Brokerage with Sandy Carroll
2:00-4:00 p.m.:  General Real Estate Laws, Regulations and Practices with Michael Shepard

September 29:

9:00-11:00 a.m.: Property Assessments, Valuation and Taxation with Paula King
11:15-1:15 p.m.:  Wetlands with Robert VanDerGore
2:00-4:30 p.m.:  Brokerage Real Estate Professional Ethics with Sue O’Brien
(please note this class ends 1/2 hour later to qualify for the Quadrennial Code of Ethics training mandated by the National Association of REALTORS)

All classes are FREE to Berkshire County Board of REALTORS members.  $30 per class for all others.
