Each Realtor member of the association is required to complete ethics training every 3 years. Failure to satisfy this requirement will be considered a violation of a membership duty and you will be suspended until you complete the training.
On-Line Quadrennial Ethics Training – Residential & Commercial Practitioners
Use the links below to access the on-line Quadrennial REALTOR® Ethics Training course developed by the National Association of REALTORS®. The course meets all learning objectives and criteria for the Quadrennial Ethics Training Policy. Now the on-line course offers the ability to customize the content for members working in either residential or commercial real estate. When registering you’ll be asked to choose the appropriate course track, residential or commercial.
Live New Member Ethics Training
Each quarter the Board Office hosts a new member orientation program, from 9:00 – 4:30 p.m. The program covers association services, MLS and Board rules, contracts, forms, legal and environmental issues and wraps up with a 2 1/2 hour session on the Code of Ethics. Seating is by invitation only, and only can be attended by applicants that have already submitted an application for membership. Please refer to the calendar of events below for scheduled times.
