As announced in May, our 2023 MLS database is changing our region areas to match the Berkshire Registry of Deeds.  This is done to make sure our data is consistent with legitimate sources and to ensure there were no artificial boundaries creating market areas that would influence desirability or steer buyers into one region or another.  Most buyers, when given the choice, search by map and by town, not by region.  You can pick and choose any search criteria for each client and it is suggested they direct the locations of interest to them.  You are also able to track statistics and set hotsheet defaults for your own viewing preference by registry or town.

We will release a year-end Market Watch report that will reflect the new registry areas.

NEW North Registry:  Adams, Cheshire, Clarksburg, Florida, Hancock, Lanesboro, New Ashford, North Adams, Savoy, Williamstown, Windsor

OLD MLS North Region:   Adams, Clarksburg, Florida, New Ashford, North Adams, Savoy, and Williamstown, MA.

NEW Middle Registry:  Becket, Dalton, Hinsdale, Lee, Lenox, Otis Peru, Pittsfield, Richmond, Stockbridge, Tryingham, Washington
