Berkshire REALTORS (and friends)… we are officially taking team reservations for the National Association of REALTORS Boston 5K road race (run/walk/cheer) to be held next November 3rd during the NAR conference in 2018. I know it’s a long way off, but we are looking for team volunteers who will walk / run or participate in spirit / cheer us on for a $50 entry fee donation for the Realtor Relief Fund. This is a cool opportunity to cross the Boston Marathon finish line without, well, the marathon. Sign up for the Berkshire Realtor Dream Team, it’s a little over 3 miles on flat ground that you can walk in less than an hour (or run superfast!), or you can participate from afar without moving a muscle by joining the team as a runner “in spirit”.
- Goodies: Registrants will receive a long sleeve race shirt, custom chipped racers bib, custom finishers medal when crossing the finish line and fabulous swag from our sponsors at pickup!
- Chip timing: The REALTOR® RELIEF RUN is a chip-timed event for runners and walkers; the chip will be on the back of your race number.
- Route: Flat and scenic, starting and ending on Charles Street, Boston Common. Route will be posted soon.
- Awards: Top 3 Male & female overall and age group awards: U14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+. Overall awards are based on gun time, AG awards are based on chip time.
Starting & finishing on Boston Common, dating back to 1634 is a national historic landmark as the oldest city park in America.
